Unable to log into spotify premium account

Hi I am a spotify premium account user and i log into Spotify using my Facebook account. However in the last hour, I have been signed out of my Spotify account and I am unable to sign in via Facebook. I suspect my account may have been hacked.

Appreciate if Spotify can assist.

I'm having the same issue. It is only for the app on my phone, logging in everywhere else seems to work just fine.

I sat on my phone in the car and I managed to delete my Spotify app and I redownladed it but I don't remember my username or password to login back in and I pay the premium each month...how can I log back into my account???

I had the same problem.

I used my full "e-mail login" on my mobile (android) - and was unable to login 😉

It help a lot after only using my "user name" - silly me...

Hi 

I have a premium account. I was logged out of my account somehow and unable to log back into it. It keeps telling me my username and password are wong. I have changed my password, but that doesn't help either, it will not allow me to log into my mobil IPHONE app!! It will however allow me to log back into my account through my PC. I need my mobil app to work!! Please help me!

I just joined and gave my card number for a 30 day trial, and am now not able to be logged in. Pls fix this problem.
