Unable to receive student premium

Hello,
I recently started school at a university, and have attempted to subscribe to Spotify Student multiple times without success. At first, the website told me I wasn't a student at the university I'm attending. More recently, the site tells me "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method." I've gotten this message every time I've tried to subscribe for the past 5 days, and I have called my bank, which claims they haven't had any denied transactions on my account. They said I should contact Spotify. I have made sure that I enter all my card info accurately, and I don't know what to do now.

Hey @flint421,

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
