Unauthorised charge to my card

Last september I canceled my subscription completely with Spotify. Yet on closer inspection today I have found I am still being charged. I have checked my account details on Spoitfy and they show I should not be getting charged since me unsubscribing.

I expect answers and reasons as to why this is happening AND reimbursement or I will be lodging an offical complaint.
