Unknown webplayer device connected

I've got an unknown webplayer (chrome) always connected to my spotify account. Every few mintues, whoever/whatever is controlling that player will skip to the next song, switch to a new playlist, or stop/start playing the current song. It's made me account unuseable. I've changed my password and logged out of all devices twice now but this unknown webplayer is still connected.

The unknown webplayer seems to have disappeared. Not sure what happened but maybe the password change took about 30mins to affect the webplayer. I'd still like so insight as to what might have been going on though.
