Unlimited subscription not working

Unlimited subscription not working

I paid, got a receipt and when I log on from web it shows that I have the unlimited. But when I click my account from the program it shows that I have the free. I have tried loggin out several times. Re installing the program .. nothing helps. I waited for a day to see if it was a delay but no.   How can I get this working or how do I get my money back?!

Sounds like you have two completely seperate accounts.

When you click "Account" from the desktop client, does it display the same username as when you sign in online to view your unlimited?

There are differences between these two methods. When I check the account from the desktop client it shows just my username and the birthdate is different. When I use the web site to log on I see my full name. For both methods I used the exact same user name and password. Both of the methods show the same email address.

hemmokanis - You have 2 accounts. One created through your Facebook with the Unlimited subscription attached, and another free account with the username 'kntrl'.

If you use your Facebook details to log in, you should see that Unlimited.

Hmm that did the trick. Which is odd since I am quite sure i've never used the login with facebook option before. If I use the login with facebook option does it mean that these two interact in some way? I do not want to share any of my spotify activities with facebook.

You can change your sharing settings from your Preferences menu in your Spotify.

However, if you'd like to move your Unlimited over from your Facebook-created account to your 'kntrl' one, just email in here: http://spoti.fi/KT3Il9
