Unlink Facebook from my account

I accidently linked my son's facebook to my own spotfiy account, i tried the button in the prefences but it doesnt work and still shows my son's facebook how do i completely remove that facebook and connect my own facebook?

perhaps if he goes on his Facebook Settings under apps and Removes Spotify as an App that might unlink it?

He already did that, we already tried all options we could find on the internet but nothing works...

I would suggest you to wait a few hours (most of time it happens within 24 hours) so Spotify can process the changes.

This is due to the Spotify client caching data. If you want a more immediate result to know for sure, a clean installation should work ( http://www.spotify.com/help/faq/tech/clean-reinstallation-of-spotify/ ).
