Hey Spotify.

 

I've just seen that you have taken 49dkk. from my bank account. Now, I don't remember anything about purchasing something from your store. Neather that I have subscribed for you premium subscribtion, for if that were the case I would not be listening to the ads right now.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
