Unsubscribed but still charged, cant unsubscribe.

Hello! 

I'm very annoyed this morning because I woke up to an email that told me I had spotify premium.... after I had unsubscribed. I checked my bank account and OH YES some money that I NEED, is gone. I checked the help pages and it went on for a paragraph talking about how I "did it wrong" and I need to unsubscribe again. So I gave in and tried to unsubscribe but now there is no option to, only to stay premium. And on top of that there is no email to talk to costomer support on, or at least none that I've found.

I'm not using spotify premium, I dont want spotify premium, I unsubscribed before any payment, I'm pissed off. If my money i'snt back in my back account in 24 hours I'm taking legal action.

Oh and if I may add I'm kinda out of a job at the moment, I cant really just work for another hour to get it back.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
