Had an email this morning from Spotify saying my latest payment hadn't gone thru. Only reason I can think of is I have recently changed network providers? As there is money in the account and card details are correct. Anyway I logged in and updated my card details and I've since had happened text telling me I am unsubscribed. Can anyone confirm? Ta

In this case, we recommend you to take a look at your subscription status here. If your last payment was successful, your next billing date should be next month.

Hi. I think previously it got added on to my phone bill as an extra so to speak. I will keep an eye on it.
