Updated a playlist, but shared link on Twitter still previews previous list

I have a playlist I update and share every Wednesday. I change the songs and playlist title, but when sharing to Twitter, the preview always shows the original version of the playlist (songs and title from the first version of the list I shared). Is there a way to correct this so it shows the new title and tracks each week?
