Updated payment method and still won’t let me use app

I have updated my payment method and I’m still blocked from using the app. What next?

Hey there! Happy to help.

 

Can you let me know what happens when you try to use the app? You can send me a screenshot of any error messages you're getting, making sure that you hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

 

Also, make sure that the updated payment method's country matches the country registered on your account. You can check for that here.

 

Let me know what happens.
