So,

 

I was following the process via NUS, completed the finance transaction, and it then loaded a mostly blank white page with a box for my NUS card number and my date of birth.

 

Not rocket science but there's no button or link to press to submit that information, I didn't want to refresh as its straight after the card transaction and don't want to be charged twice. Can't try again without paying again either.

 

I've contacted Tech Support, and emailed them back following the auto reply.

Here's the window that opens after you've put your bank details in and the interstitial verified by visa window closes.

 

Note no "continue" or "done" buttons, pressing enter after putting the details in doesnt move the process along.

 

I'm assured by the email Tech Support i havent been charged, and then told to get an NUS card and do it again!!
