Use Visa Gift Card for premium subscription?

I am having the same problem. i bought a visa gift card to subscribe and it says: Declined, please check or change payment details. i would like to know how can i use it to subscribe please

I am having the same issue and i am so far done with this. STOP GIVING ME ADS TO PAY YOU IF WHEN  I TRY TO YOU WONT ACCEPT MY MONEY. I’d really like to know how I can solve these. I’ve been trying for a month now and it’s really annoying. I’ve searched everywhere, asked so many people and sites, nobody seems to have an answer for me.
