Username changed to a random string of characters

Username changed to a random string of characters

This forum looks like nothing but a sea of spam phone numbers posted by bots, but I'd like some help with my username.

Previously my username was set as Skyplayer37. 

After connecting my account to my Starbucks Partner # and resetting the password, it was changed to this random set of characters:
7qjvni0w1ff4wx1x1uz8f0lsa


Is there a way to have it changed back, or am I stuck using my email to login and ignoring that the best I can?

 

(Edit: It took multiple attempts for me to complete the complicated captcha, I guess its now harder for humans to complete them then it is for the bots)

In your case, it can be that you've created a new account when you got the Premium subscription. In this case, we'd suggest getting in touch with our Accounts team. They'll be able to check this and give you more info about it.
