Using PayPal from Argentina

I want to set up an account via the Dutch site of Spotify from Argentina (I am Dutch, working in Argentina) using PayPal. Is this possible?

It should be possible as you can use your PayPal to verify your country. Try going to this link to change your country by adding your payment method:

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, but I get redirected to the Argentinian site whichever way I try, and to the limited payment possibility. I see no way to change method of payment either.
