Using a family plan

Using a family plan

Hi,

I've signed up for a two user family plan,

when i log in with the admin account on my phone it automatically goes to the second users account and stops what they're listening too on the same account.

I just want to be able to use the two accounts seperately under the family plan pricing, but every time i try logging into the admin account it ends up logging in to the second users one and streams whatever theyre listening too

Any help would be great

Hey @Sahanaye,

It sounds like you might have your Spotify accounts registered under one email address. Remember, you can log onto Spotify on multiple devices, but can only stream music on one device at a time.

If you need further help, you can always count on the Support team. Reach them out either via the Contact form or send a DM to @SpotifyCares.

Hey @Sahanaye

Can you make sure you are logging into 2 seperate accounts on the devices?

It sounds like both devices are being signed into the same account because you mentioned playback stops on the other. Each account can only have one stream at a time.

Let me know how it goes.

Also, I recommend checking out the family help guide, it could be useful:
