Various accounts linked to my Facebook profile

For some unknown reason, it would seem that there are suddenly two Spotify accounts attached to my name and Facebook profile. When I log in via Facebook (what I've always done) I now end up on a Free account, without any of my playlists and with a different usernumber.
Normally I should end up on my Unlimited account, where all my playlists are also available. I would like be able to log in via Facebook again and end up on my normal Unlimited account, which I pay for. I am not sure how suddenly a Free account has been linked to my Facebook profile.

Sometimes the link between your Facebook details and Spotify account can get disconnected, and the system creates a new account for you. It sometimes happens if you change your security settings or remove the Spotify application from your Facebook account. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to restore your old account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have indeed gotten an automated email relpy back when filling in the contact form, but I will try replying to that. Thanks again!
