I tried inputing both spotify codes as was suggested for redeeming and all I got was "invalid Premium/Unlimited".
I tried both codes on the cards themselves and the other ones printed on the receipt.
I'm stuck and the community boards linked by the Spotify team did NOT help.

I just bought a $10 gift card from WalMart like 15 minutes ago and when I type in the code it says the card has already been used. I didn't use self checkout or anything when I went to Walmart.
Strange, and the card wasn't already scratched or anything when you bought it?
If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form including the code they can check it out for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Ok thanks I sent them a form.
HI, i purchased a spotify gift card from walmart(its powered by fastcard). When i went to redeem it, the instructions said to enter the pin on the back, and showed the pin should have four numbers. Well my pin has more than four numbers, and it started with INC, followed by a bunch of numbers. After inputing the code, its said that my code was invalid, and now after searching how to fix the problem, and even emailing spotify, the problem still isn't fixed. the email just told me to post here for answers. Now im a little frustrated because i paid $10 for a month, and now thats money i won't get back if i can't redeem the card. On top of that, i need if for tomorrow, and it will add to my frustration if the problem isn't fixed by then.
