Want to change my email, but cannot remember my password!

Been using spotify on my desktop for a long time, and it automatically logs in. The old email service was closed down, so that email needs to be updated. However, I cannot do any of this without knowing my password. 

Is there a way I can add my new email address without confirming my password? My account is already linked to facebook if that helps. OR, is there a way I can reset my password without knowing the current one?

To change your account's email, just head to your Account Overview. Then, after changing the address, you can prompt a password reset by following these steps.
