Want to join premium family account

Hi there,

My girlfriend has added me to her Premium Family account, but my account is currently set with old settings from when I lived in the UK and won't let me change to the USA, where we are based. We are currently visiting my family in South Africa, which is where we are trying to do this from. Perhaps this is causing issues? Please can you assist?

Hey @ianmetcalfe0909,

Yeah, that's the issue. You won't be able to update your country setting to the United States until you're back in the United States 🙂
