Was not upgraded to Prime although my bank account got debited.

Was not upgraded to Prime although my bank account got debited.

A month ago I purchased a special offer to get Spotify Prime for three month for only 9,99€ but my account was not upgraded. My money is gone and I tried everything written in the help section. I think the problem started because of a poor internet connection which got disconnected in the last step of the purchase.

My question is: How do i get my prime features or my money back?

 

It would be great if someone could help me 🙂

When you check your Receipts tab on this website, do you see your payment there?

Ha I have bank statement that my money has Been deducted from my account, and I am unable to get premium. I need help

Thank you for your reply in this thread. 

 

At this point, we don’t have enough information on what you’re experiencing. Did you try to subscribe for Premium? Are you seeing the charge on your Receipts page? Would you mind sending us a full description of the inconvenience you're having? Please send as much detail as possible. Any screenshot you can provide would also help us advise you better. Keep in mind not to post any sensitive details/info.
