Hi, I just switched my premium profile to Family. I sent my wife an invite, everything's good, but when she's on the confirmation page she sees (I'm from Italy so sorry if translation is slightly different) 'Congratulations, you're about to subscribe to the Family Plan of' and instead of my name there's a weird Indian sounding name. What should I do? I must point out that there's no sign of suspect activity on my account whatsoever. I tried to look for an 'edit name' options in my account, but found none? Any ideas?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
