First I log in and it says me that something went wrong and that I should refresh the page, I doit and nothing happens it shouws me the same message.

By app, do you mean the web app, as in the Web Player?
If yes, we'd advise testing this behaviour from an incognito browser session.

If it works from it, please delete all your recent browser cache & cookies; this should resolve the issue outside of the incognito session.
And in case the issue persists from the incognito session as well, please send us a screenshot of the error and let us know which browsers you've tested this with so far.

I am having trouble logging in on a new Android Phone.
My Plan is Premium.
Currently I am abroad but I do not think this should be a problem as I successfully logged in with iPad and MacBook.
I tried everything I could find on the net - fresh install, remove cache, deinstall-reinstall, changed my pass, even changed my payment option.

I keep getting a "Something went wrong, Have another go?" messages.

When I go and try to change my country it is not possible.
Please help - any ideas?
