When did I create this account?

So my family got the family plan for Spotify. And they invited me over email, and I can't log in to the email that I used for this account because I forgot the password. And to reset my password to that email requires knowing when I made the account. I made the email account the same day I made my Spotify account. So if I could find out the day this account was made I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be happy to tell you. 🙂

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
