Where Do Artists Get Help?

I am an artist with Spotify but I only see one of my tracks and there is no artwork or the other 8 tracks from my CD listed.  Should have come in through CDBaby.  Is my only option to work with them?  Is there an artist's support area I'm just not seeing?

I would also suggest having a chat with CDBaby, see if they can speed up the process.
