My Question or Issue

 

It seems I have a problem because you guys won’t take my money. I’m trying to upgrade from a Premium Account to a Family Account. I had been signed up through Apple, but have cancelled my subscription through the App Store, and am now trying to use the Spotify website to upgrade to a family plan so my kids don’t bump me off while I’m trying to make dinner. I keep getting an error saying that I’m “Not eligible for that plan”. C’mon, guys.. I’m TRYING to give you money EVERY MONTH.. don’t you want it? I’ve got some rad playlists on here, and would hate to have to start from scratch on another streaming service, but no matter which plan I select, I am “not eligible”.
