Why am getting ads on Spotify premium?!

Can someone please tell me why every single member I have in my family is getting ads on their Spotify when they are linked to my premium family plan?

Hey @Hawken24,

Are all members using the same login information in their devices? If not,

tell them to try logging into their Spotify profile on their browser here with their email. Their username will be displayed after they login.

After that, they should check the status of their subscription. If everything looks ok (they should see they're part of your Family plan), tell them to logout of the app in their device, and be sure to use their username, instead of their email address, to login to their account.
