Why does Facebook account and Email account merge?

Hi, I have, well i guess had 2 spotify acounts: one with facebook, and one with my email. It seems that the 2 have somehow merged and that my facebook friends are on my email account and all my playlist have dissapeered. when i log in with my facebook info, it redirects me to my email acount. It is very anoying. ANy sudegestions? Thank you.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to recover your missing playlists onto your account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
