Why does Spotify keep stuttering on ps4? Premium, Connected via Ethernet with 15mbps

So I'm using Spotify on my ps4 with Spotify connect. My ps4 is receiving data over Ethernet at 15mbps. I'm a paid premium member but for some reason your service sounds like a really badly scratched cd. Is the a fix coming for this bug or are you just going to keep milking money of me. Very unsatisfied with your service.

This definitely shouldn't be happening! Can you try doing a power cycle on your modem, router, and PS4 by unplugging them from their power cords for about five minutes then plug them back in and see if that helps? Also how much storage is left on your PS4?
