Hey,

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, we'd suggest searching all of your email inboxes for emails from Spotify notifying you of the subscription you've started. Once you've found it, you can use that email address to log in and cancel the subscription.

Let us know if that helps.

Hey … what if your emails are not showing any premium but you have been deducted my Spotify stockholm?

Hey @Ashtray10,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Note that a confirmation email is received when you either start or cancel a subscription: any subsequent receipts can be found in your account page instead, so I'd recommend double-checking this with any details you tend to use online. This article will help you find if you have another account that's on Premium.

Also, check if your family or friends have used your payment info. If they have, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

If you need further help, I'd recommend reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support by heading here and selecting Contact us, located at the bottom of the webpage.

Hope you get this sorted out. The Community is just a post away if there's anything else we can assist with.

Take care 💚
