Why is my listening time over?

Why is my listening time over?

I was just trying to listen, but Spotify tells me, that my 10 hours of listening times is ended. But how? I havent listened this month for that long, and one more thing. ITS A NEW MONTH so why isnt it  reseted? So I hope i get answers to these two questions:

 

1. Why is my listening time of 10 hours over when I defenately not hav been listening for that long last month?

2. Its July now, so why isnt the account reseted?

The 10 hours of listening each month isn't allocated according to the calendar months, but simply from the date you started your account.

 

So if you started on a tuesday for instance, you'll get an extra 2.5 hours each tuesday - regardless of the actual date.
