If you're having issues loading the page, we'd suggest tryin again using a different device (preferably a different platform) and a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider). If that doesn't help, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Artist Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.

BEEEN havin same problem fo a while now i’ve tried a diff device N still all glitched out idk what to do as the support has no options for the problem OF COURSE.

In this case, would you mind trying from a different internet connection to check if you notice any difference?

On another note, we'd recommend trying from the desktop app to see if you notice any difference. Let us know how it goes.

Lastly, if this continues to happen, can you send us a video recording of what you are seeing on your side? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google drive and make it public, so we can visualize it. 

Nevertheless, keep in mind in this type of case is always a good idea to contact our Artists Support team, as mentioned by @MihailY above.
