Wife invited to the Family Premium but Spotify not allowing her to connect

Wife invited to the Family Premium but Spotify not allowing her to connect

Updated my plan to Family Premium and invited my wife but she was not able to connect because the zip code didn't match. Indeed there as an error in her zip code which is now fixed. Invited her again and even with the new invitation and the correct zip code she is still getting the message that the zip code didn't match. How can I match her account to my family premium account.

Hey @mambrosio,

 

If you're the Family Admin, send by yourself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Let him accept the invite logged in with her own username in the app and in the website. Also, be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly.
