Won't let change country

My country is set as USA, atm i'm in Austria & of course it wont let me sign on unless i upgrade my account or change my country on my profile settings.

Problem is It wont give me the option other than USA; I'm not using any VPN just a normal IP. So what's the problem? It wont let me sign in on both my phone and computer unless I change my country which the website itself wont give me the option (it only gives me USA as an option)

Heres another detail, If I turn on my VPN to mock my IP with a USA IP it will let me sign in (which i tried on my PC & it does work) but i don't want to do that on my mobile; I'd rather just change my country.

So whats the problem?

Currently, only Premium users can use Spotify anywhere in the world for as long as they like. Free subscribers can use Spotify in a different country only for up to 14 days, due to licensing reasons. If you permanently move to another country, you need to update your account.
