Won't let me log in

Whenever I try to log in to spotify on either my PC or phone (android) it just boots me out unless I turn the internet connections off for either. I know it's the correct log in info because it will let me log in when the wifi is off. I had to make a new spotify account to just make this post, since it doesn't let me log in on the affected account. I tried to log out multiple times, I cannot change the password, tried reseting the cookies... Nothing worked and I JUST started premium.

It's doing the exact same thing to me right now on the web player, I was just listening to a song and it logged me out and when I go to log back in it boots me out too!

edit: went onto my account through spotify.com and clicked the button that logs you out of all of the devices your account is on, and when I tried to log in again it worked

Won't even let me do that. If I try to log in ANYWHERE on the afflictec account I just get "Incorrect username or password" even in incognito in chrome.
