Wrong address when adding new user

Im trying to add my daughter as a new user to my Family plan. When veryfing the adress for the new account I get an error messeage: Adress is not specific, try to add a house number (translated). But its very very specific, and exactly as stated in my account. Tried a couple close by, but get a messeage saying it doesnt match. Can anyone please help? Been on Spotify since the invite days, super anoying not beeing able to solve this.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

In that case it'd be best to first change the address of the manager account to a one that's not that specific. This way you can enter it when accepting the invitation with a member-to-be account.

 

You can change the Family manager account's address through the Family manager account page accessed from a web browser.
