Please have my account's language changed to English.

Should one be located in a certain country – be it temporarily or permanently – they should not be forced to seeing that country's local content, which one might not even understand. Instead of adding the setting allowing the user to set their personal preference, you suggest to update one's payment method, but then that is not a realistic option either as the country does not match with the country in PayPal, which Spotify does not accept.
