I log in via Facebook and the email and phone number listed on my Spotify account are completely incorrect. I don't know what to do about this. Please advise or correct this.

No. It tells me to do this via my Facebook account. My Facebook account settings are correct with the right email address and phone number.
I am not getting any emails from Spotify as they are being directed to someone else's email address.
For clarification...I have absolutely no idea where Spotify got that email address. It's not one of mine and never has been. It's matt_bush@soandso.com. I have no clue who matt bush is. The phone number has an area code for Wisconsin. I'm in Philadelphia. I have no idea where Spotify is getting this information.
I suspect either someone has accessed your account in the past or it has become connected to someone else's Spotify via the Facebook integration.

When you submit your case, you should get an email with an 8 digit case number in it. If you could post that number back here I can ask someone to make sure it reaches the right team as soon as possible for you.

Oddly...my birth date is listed correctly as is my full name. It's the email and phone number that are wrong. Also...I now realized that I haven't had a message from Spotify since mid December 2013.
