Wrong facebook account linked to the iexplore acccount

Help!

Suddenly, my work account (iexplorecouk) spotify lists are linked with my private facebook account. They weren't before and I've tried all of the help hints offered (deactivating, re-installing, clearing cookes, cache etc etc) and it won't budge. The two accounts sit on entirely different email accounts, I've never logged to my work account through my persnal facebook - the only thing I did was share one of the lists and now everything is inexplicably linked. Could you please remove or reset or help?

Please open Spotify and click Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Spotify > Preferences (Mac). From here are you able to 'Disconnect from Facebook', and does this help? We'll make sure you can enjoy your music again.
