Hi please could you help me

We have used spotify for many years in our pub, on thursday for some reason we got logged out of our spoitfy account and because we couldnt enter the username and password correctly we were forced to open another ccount just so our music would work. Therefore we have lost all our music.

The new account is opened with a facebook account with email sheila.hewitt58@btinternet.com this comes up with sheila hewitt as the name but this is not our origanl account.

The name on the old spotify came up with mutton fold as the profile name, please could you help us find this lost account, maybe we set it up with a different email, however we cant remember that either.

Please help us

You could reach out to Spotify Support so they can look into this. Also, a regular Spotify account is for personal and non-commercial use only:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
