Hello, my problem is that we wanted to connect a pre-account for students, but do not take into account the fact that it's for the University students, filling out all the data, we still realized who it was intended for and went back, then connected the usual premium, but the money for the student was still removed from the card, how to solve this problem?

Hi there,

 

I hope I can help, I am a little unclear what you mean, but if you were wrongly charged, then you should contact Spotify directly, and hopefully, they can reimburse you the amount that you were wrongly charged for.
