I somehow have 2 accounts that are being charged to my MasterCard, and have been for several months. I need to get one cancelled and would like to have my card credited for the months I've been charged for 2 accounts. Thanks

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form found here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact
Someone at Spotify should be able to sort it out for you.
If you get an automated reply, make sure to respond to the email directly, and it will be sent to the spotify staff.
