accounts changed to FREE but I am paying premium

accounts changed to FREE but I am paying premium

Both my accounts have been joined together and have been changed to FREE but I am paying premium and have been for years, I worry someone has hacked my account as my 9.99 a month is still coming out but my account is free and when I check my emails I see that it has been subscribed to a playlist that I don't know. I can't seem to cancel my payments either. Help!!!!

Hello @Neilsieboy, welcome to the community!

 

Do you have a receipt for any of the payments made? It should have a username on the receipt, make sure if you are logging in do not use a email address if you signed up with a Spotify username, only the Spotify username.
