activation spotify prepaid card.

On monday i activated a prepaid spotify card for spotify premuim for 30 days.

The activation was completed and on my account appeard a message that the spotify premuim account was activated.

I turned on my phone to look if it worked again,.

now after several days, it is still not activated , not on phone, pc or tablet.

The spotify prepaid card I already had trown away.

I had this problem a couple of moths ago. and after several days it was activated but now it is still not activated after 5 days.

So someone please help...
