Hi,

I have Spotify premium through Rogers. When I try to log in with the Spotify App on my IPad I get the message that I already have an account with this email. I have done everything the Spotify website suggests. I can use the email address and password on the website with no issues. All my account information is correct and it says I have a Premium subscription. Why will my email and password not work on the Spotify App? I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work.

Please try logging in with your username and password instead of your email address and password.
