Spotify took their 10.99 from my account april 5th, after this i cancelled service because its too expensive. Does this mean i have until may 5th on premium? My account is now the spotify "free" and im wondering why because i should still have the premium for at least a week or so

Hi @bigmamakitty, maybe the payment wasn't completed after all. Check if you got a payment receipt from April 5th. Also, check with your bank that the payment hasnt been confirmed maybe you'll get it back. Chances are that if you cancel it that same day you won't be charged for premium another month therefore you are free user now. Verify that, and let me know how it went.
