Hola muy buenas tardes. Yo tenia una cuenta premium hasta el dia 1/4/13 en el que de repente se borraron mis listas, mis canciones favorita y comenzó una prueba de premium de 48h. Ya he realizado o intentado realizar los pasos que se indican en la ayuda de doble cuenta pero no me ha funcionado. Asi pues os pido humildemente ayuda y os doy gracias de antemano.

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in tracking down your account for you. 🙂

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
