can't get back in on my Onkyo receiver

can't get back in on my Onkyo receiver

I have a premium account, but sometimes (like now) when I log out to sync playlists, and then try to log back in, I get an error message saying "login error -- please check account info."

 

this only happens on the Onkyo -- laptop is no problem -- and these are the same username and password I've been using for the 2.5 years of my account.  what's up?

sometimes, but no pattern to when, so not dependable...

I'm having the same problem. Spotfiy on laptop and Android both work great, but my Onkyo refuses to connect, saying 'Login Error' over and over. I've changed the device password and triple checked the account username and still no go. 😞

Hey @silvervest -- if your Spotify account itself is okay, it's likely a problem at Onkyo's end. If you have Twitter, get in touch with them @Onkyo_EU (I'm not sure if they have an Australia-based Twitter account), or via their website here. It's worth mentioning to them that your Spotify account works great on all other devices.
