can't join duo plan

i was invited by my partner to join an upgrade duo plan but accepting the invite prompts me to sign into the present partner's account and there doesn't seem to be any way to verify address

My first suggestion is that you try again, this time using a different browser in your computer. Make sure to disable any firewalls that might be installed as well.

Also, there are other tips that could help:

• Address issues: If your address doesn’t autocomplete, enter the entire address and select Find. If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building.
• Invite link issues: Try opening the link in an incognito/private window of your browser. If that doesn’t work, ask the plan’s manager to send you a new invite.
• Partner account: You need to be logged into your own Spotify account and have received an invite to your email address to join.
