can't log in to spotify

My spotify account connected via facebook  and somehow created a new account which is just a normal account.  I am no longer able to log into my unlimited account despite unlinking from facebook and deleting the spotify app in facebook.  Please can you help me log back into my original account???

Hi Madgeismad- Your Unlimited 'madgeismad' account is fine our end. You should be able to log in no problem. 

Please log out and log back in with your 'madgeismad' username (not your email address) and Spotify password.
